Barry F. Schwartz is the Emeritus Vice Chairman of MacAndrews and Forbes Incorporated, serving on the boards of Harland Clarke Holdings Corp., Revlon Consumer Products Corporation, Revlon, Inc., Scientific Games Corporation and Deluxe Entertainment. Mr. Schwartz is Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Kenyon College, a member of the Georgetown University Law Center Board of Visitors and a Trustee of the City University of New York.  Mr. Schwartz is also a member of the Board of Directors of the New York City Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Human Rights First and the NYU Langone Medical Center. Mr. Schwartz received his A.B., cum laude, from Kenyon College in 1970 and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1974.
